Tyrosine is one of the 20 standard amino acids that cells use for protein synthesis. L-tyrosine can be obtained by consuming protein from various sources, but it can also be taken in the form of nutritional supplements. Scitec Tyrosine dosage recommendation:

• Take 2 tablets daily before training.
