This helps to increase the supply of oxygen and necessary nutrients for skeletal muscles. L-arginine is part of proteins that support the formation and maintenance of muscle mass.

Recommended dosage:

• take a maximum of 1 serving of AAKG (4 tablets) daily, preferably 60 minutes before training or in the morning on an empty stomach
