This wild theobroma bicoloris, also known as Paxate or Majambo, is a near cousin from the regular cacao beans (theobroma cacao). These slightly roasted white cacao-alike beans have a crunchy, nutty flavor. They are a true novelty for chocolate makers and can be easily covered for snacks or used to create a beautiful contrast with the dark brown of the regular cacao.
