Bio Psyllium Husk

Psyllium husks are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata, a native of India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. They are hygroscopic, which allows them to expand and become mucilaginous. Psyllium husks are a rich source of soluble and insoluble fibers. The fibers have an important part in healthy nutrition, especially for digestion.

Suggested use: 1-2 teaspoons (5-10 g) per serving.
